The goal of Properly Southern is to provide quality products to our customers. We promise to do our best to live out this philosophy and truly value you as the customer.
Cancellations are approved on a case by case basis. If an order is still within the shipping time frame given on the shipping and policies tab of each listing, cancellation approval is at the discretion of the seller.
Shipments go through USPS or UPS and a tracking number will be provided. If items show as delivered by the shipping carrier, Properly Southern cannot be held liable for those items. Please contact UPS or USPS with questions about an item showing as delivered.
Refunds are not accepted and all sales are final. If there is a problem with the item, you can contact the store for a resolution.
If you are contacting us about a problem with an item, and contact is not made within 2 weeks of the item being delivered, no refunds will be given.
